At Specialists In Pain Care, we use a lot of technology to automate processes and drive efficiencies in our practice. This allows us to provide a higher level of service to our patients, and this is how we create value for our patients. We have automated nearly 25,000 processes every month in our medical office. We service nearly 5,000 inquiries every month that come through our Patient Portal, and in all likelihood, every one of those will be handled within 3 business days. When you interact with our office, you will get a text message from us acknowledging that interaction. When we resolve the issue or execute on your request, you will get another text message. All of these processes are automated. Our patients love the service.

We have turned most interactions with our office into digital transactions. Even if you picked up the phone and called, we will turn a voicemail into an email and route that email as a text message to the best people in our office who can handle your situation. It is all seamless, and it all occurs in real-time. Our staff is not listening to your voicemail messages days later.

This does not mean that we don’t answer phones or always push phone calls to voicemail messages. Or we don’t have options for those who are not tech-savvy. On the contrary, our office always answers the phone during normal business hours. The staff manning the phones is trained to capture your information, and this information becomes data. Once we have data, your request can be easily passed electronically to the correct people in our office by the automated processes and technology that we utilize.
